Kolte-Patil acquired new projects with ~Rs. 2,250 Cr GDV. Full-year collections grew 11% to Rs. 2,689 Cr, with sales at Rs. 2,605 Cr. Q4 saw record realization of Rs. 9,601/sq ft, up 21%. Profitability was muted due to revenue recognition accounting.
