KMCH's board approved audited financial results for Q4 & FY26. Q4 Revenue stood at ₹421.67 Cr with Profit at ₹59.69 Cr. FY26 Revenue was ₹1613.88 Cr and Profit ₹244.46 Cr. A final dividend of 150% (₹15/share) was proposed, subject to AGM.
