Kolte-Patil Developers (KPDL) is merging its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kolte-Patil Lifespaces and Kolte-Patil Smart Spaces, into the parent company. The move is set to strengthen KPDL's financial standing and competitive advantage, ultimately benefiting shareholders. Since the subsidiaries are wholly-owned, no new KPDL shares will be issued, maintaining the current shareholding pattern. KPDL's standalone turnover for the year ended March 31, 2026, was Rs. 658.34 Cr (Q4 was Rs. 236.34 Cr).
