Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

TNPL's board has approved key leadership changes. Thiru Kumar Jayant, IAS, is the new Chairman & MD. Dr. S Vijayakumar, IAS, was also appointed as a Director. Shareholders will now vote via postal ballot to confirm these appointments.
