The company's board has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year, on which the statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion. The board proposed a dividend of Rs. 120 per equity share for the financial year, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mrs. Sanjukta Majumdar was appointed as the Internal Auditor. The board also approved the continuation of Mr. Gaurav Swarup as Chairman & Managing Director beyond 70 years of age during his current tenure, subject to shareholder endorsement.
