Chemcon Speciality Chemicals reported strong Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹75.4 Cr, a 37% YoY jump. Full-year FY26 revenue hit ₹240 Cr, up 16% YoY. While annual profit dipped slightly to ₹23.6 Cr (down 3%), Q4 profit surged 61% YoY to ₹6.4 Cr, with Q4 Basic EPS at ₹1.74 (vs ₹1.08 last year). Organic and Inorganic Chemical segments saw improved Q4 performance, boosted by higher volumes and better pricing.
The company is focused on strategic diversification. The acquisition of Shivam Petrochem Industries for ₹36 Cr is nearing completion, set to boost offerings in bulk drugs, chemical intermediates, and specialty chemicals, with revenue contributions expected soon. New products like Bromobenzene and 2-Bromo are gaining traction in pharma and agrochem, complemented by new P10 and P11 capacity expansions.
Management is optimistic, expecting healthy growth opportunities ahead by broadening product lines and integrating the acquired business, leading to new product ranges and future growth initiatives.
