SPIC's Board approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated Net Profit after tax for FY26 increased to Rs. 211.48 Cr. A dividend of Rs. 2 per share (20%) was declared. Mr. Narasimhan Raghunathan was appointed Chief Financial Officer.
