Birla Cable's board approved audited financial results for Q4 & FY26. Consolidated Revenue stood at ₹771.11 Cr for FY26 & Net Profit at ₹16.90 Cr. The board proposed a dividend of ₹1.25/share & appointed Somesh Laddha as Manager & CFO. A merger with Vindhya Telelinks (10 shares for every 115) was also approved.
