Indigo Paints' board approved Q4 consolidated revenue of ₹425.3 Cr (up 9.7%) and FY26 profit of ₹152.2 Cr (up 7.1%). A final dividend of ₹5/share was proposed. New Internal, Cost Auditors, and Senior Management were also appointed.
