Indigo Paints' board reported Q4 consolidated revenue up 9.7% to Rs 425.3 Cr. For FY26, revenue rose 4.8% to Rs 1,405 Cr, with profit at Rs 152.2 Cr (+7.1%). The board put forth a Rs 5/share dividend for shareholder approval. New auditors and senior management were also appointed.
