Gujarat Themis Biosyn (GTBL) is acquiring 100% of MicroBiopharm Japan (MBJ) for ~INR 1,300 Cr. This move accelerates GTBL's transition to a globally integrated CDMO platform, expanding capabilities in precision fermentation and advanced drug manufacturing. MBJ reported ~INR 570 Cr revenue (FY26E) and the acquisition is expected to be EPS accretive.
