SPIC announced FY26 net profit of INR 286.55 Cr on INR 3015.10 Cr income, showing strong profit growth via cost control. Q4 profit also rose. A 20% dividend (INR 2/share) was declared. Mr. Narasimhan Raghunathan is the new CFO.
