Quint Digital Ltd — Important, 22-05-2026: Company Update

Quint Digital's board recently approved key management changes. Following input from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Vandana Malik and Ms. Ritu Kapur were approved for re-appointment as Directors, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Abha Kapoor was also approved for re-appointment as an Independent Woman Director for a second five-year term. Additionally, advised by its Audit Committee, the board appointed M/s Raghu Nath Rai & Co. as the new internal auditor for the upcoming financial year, replacing M/s Sandeep R Sharma & Co. These changes ensure continued governance and internal oversight.
