Crest Ventures' Board approved consolidated Q4 & FY26 results: Net Profit of ₹8.55 Cr (Q4) and ₹47.87 Cr (FY26). The Board also proposed a final dividend of ₹1 per share (10%) for FY26. AGM on Aug 22, 2026.
