Godavari Biorefineries' board approved audited consolidated Q4 PAT of Rs 52.88 Cr and FY26 PAT of Rs 3.52 Cr. The board also re-appointed MD Samir S. Somaiya and other key directors, alongside appointing a new Whole Time Director.
