Jayant Agro-Organics completed the acquisition of Vithal Castor Polyols (VCPL), now a subsidiary. This Rs. 25.37 Cr deal enhances operational synergies for Bio Polyols manufacturing. VCPL's turnover was ~Rs. 44-53 Cr in recent years.
