Divi's Labs' board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. Total income hit ₹2986 Cr (Q4) & ₹11067 Cr (FY26). PAT stood at ₹751 Cr (Q4) & ₹2568 Cr (FY26). The board also proposed a final dividend of ₹30/share for FY26.
