Promoter Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) is transferring its 24% stake in Jaiprakash Power Ventures (JPVL) to Adani Power (APL) for Rs. 2,993.59 Cr. This shifts 24% voting rights in JPVL to APL as part of JAL's resolution plan. JPVL is not a party to this agreement.
