NTPC has announced a board meeting on May 23, 2026, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated net profit for FY26 was ₹27,053 Cr on ₹187,385 Cr revenue. A final dividend of ₹3.50/share was approved, taking the total dividend to ₹9.00/share.
