JK Cement's Board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results and proposed a ₹20/share final dividend. They appointed Dr. Sameer Sharma as Additional Independent Director, re-appointed Mr. Mudit Aggarwal, and commissioned a new 3 MnTPA grinding unit at Buxar, also boosting Muddapur capacity.
