Oxygenta Pharma's board met, approving audited financial results for Q4 & FY26 with an unmodified audit opinion. New Additional Directors appointed include Mr. Amireddy Venkatesu Reddy (Executive) and Mr. Janardhana Reddy Yeddula (Independent). Internal auditors were also appointed.
