IPL's Board has proposed a dividend of ₹0.75 per equity share (face value ₹1) for FY26. The Record Date for eligibility is Monday, August 24, 2026. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the 41st Annual General Meeting on August 31, 2026. The shareholder register will be closed from August 25-31, 2026, for dividend processing.
