Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics' board has approved key appointments. Mrs. Neetu Maurya joins as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 24, 2026. M/s. Vishal J Bhanushali & Associates has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027. Additionally, Mr. Vaibhav Odhekar was appointed as an Additional Executive Director for five years, commencing May 23, 2026, pending shareholder approval. This strengthens the company's governance and leadership team.
