Anupam Rasayan reported robust FY26 revenue of Rs 2383.6 Cr (+65% YoY) and PAT of Rs 222.2 Cr (+39% YoY), driven by new products/customers. Q4 PAT was Rs 56 Cr (-11% YoY). Strategic acquisitions of Jayhawk (US$ 95 Mn proforma revenue) and Bliss GVS Pharma strengthen its global specialty chemicals and CDMO platform.
