Vindhya Telelinks (VTL) announced FY26 consolidated PAT of ₹220.18 Cr. The Board proposed a ₹6/share dividend, approved raising ₹200 Cr via NCDs, and boosting OFC capacity with a ₹101.70 Cr outlay. Birla Cable merger also approved for synergy.
