Bliss GVS Pharma's board noted a significant change of ownership. Existing promoters & other shareholders are selling 4.58 Cr shares (43.30%) to Anupam Rasayan India for ₹1,369.51 Cr, priced at ₹299/share. This deal triggers an open offer for another 26% and will lead to a change in company control.
