Universal Cables' board approved strong FY26 consolidated financial results: PAT at Rs 163.11 Cr, Revenue Rs 3023 Cr. It declared a Rs 4.50/share dividend. The board also approved Rs 200 Cr debt fundraising and a Rs 73 Cr EHV plant tech upgrade, alongside the ongoing Rs 550 Cr expansion.
