The company has announced a board meeting where it approved the audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. The board noted the resignation of Mr. Avijeet Kumar as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 14, 2026, while he continues as Managing Director. Following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's suggestion, Mr. Anit Kumar Roy, with over 17 years in corporate finance, was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer from May 23, 2026. Additionally, the company's Authorized Share Capital was increased from Rs. 3 Cr to Rs. 13 Cr.
