Sumedha Fiscal Services' board has approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year. The company posted a standalone net profit of 2.38 Cr and a consolidated net profit of 2.42 Cr for the year. The board also suggested a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (face value Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for August 20.
