Belrise Industries reported a strong FY26 performance, with revenue from operations growing 15% to ₹9,509.1 Cr. Adjusted Profit After Tax surged 41% to ₹502.0 Cr, while EBITDA increased 13% to ₹1,153.8 Cr. Earnings Per Share stood at ₹5.8. This growth was driven by significant contributions from the 4-wheeler Commercial and Passenger segments.

The company is strategically expanding, notably entering the Defense & Aerospace sector through its acquisition of UK-based Chester Hall Precision, now a supplier to major global aircraft and space OEMs. Belrise is also strengthening its proprietary product portfolio, securing new orders for ultra-premium bikes and EV models, and has opened its first international manufacturing facility in Lille, France.

New facilities across India are ramping up to support increased demand. The Net Debt/Equity ratio improved significantly to 0.11x from 1.01x, indicating a healthier financial position. Management plans to evolve into a Tier-0.5 system supplier, aiming for 40-45% growth in the 4-wheeler and Commercial Vehicle segments for FY27.
