Cyient's Board approved a term sheet for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cyient Semiconductors, to raise ₹200 Cr via NCDs and ₹100 Cr via CCD/CCPS from EAAA. Cyient will provide a corporate guarantee and pledge its entire stake in the subsidiary.
