VSTL delivered robust Q4 FY26 revenue, up 16.24% YoY to ₹335.13 Cr, with EBITDA climbing 26.15% YoY to ₹15.34 Cr, boosted by capacity expansion and strong demand. Full-year FY26 revenue hit ₹1149.35 Cr. However, PAT declined to ₹2.57 Cr in Q4 and ₹8.79 Cr for the full year, mainly due to higher finance and depreciation costs from new operations.

A key development was the commissioning of Unit III in Odisha, marking VSTL's entry into Transmission Line Tower manufacturing and strengthening its eastern market reach. This plant also brings cost efficiencies due to its strategic location.

VSTL's strategy centers on a shift towards high-margin, value-added products like crash barriers and transmission line towers, aiming to realign its product mix from 90:10 to 75:25 (GI Pipes:Others) by FY28. The company also targets a 10x increase in exports from current levels. Management sees significant tailwinds from India's infrastructure boom in roads, railways, and power transmission, projecting approximately 50% revenue growth by FY28, with a strong focus on improving EBITDA and PAT margins.
