Shah Metacorp plans to raise Rs 49.8 Cr via a Rights Issue for expansion. It acquired a 26% stake in Strike Eco Grid, entering renewable energy. The company also approved investment in a US subsidiary for global expansion. Q4FY26 results forthcoming.
