Sundaram Finance's Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹24 per share (240%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This brings the total dividend for FY26 to ₹40 per share (400%), including an earlier interim payout of ₹16 per share. Shareholders on record by July 6, 2026, will be eligible for the final dividend. Payment is slated for on or after July 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
