NBCC (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 25-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

NBCC has announced a board meeting where it approved consolidated financial results for the quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026. Net Profit surged to ₹742.45 Cr on revenues of ₹12,888.61 Cr. The board also proposed a final dividend of ₹0.46/share and noted progress on merging HSCC with NBCC.
