Saksoft Limited — Board Meeting, 25-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Saksoft's board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. They proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.55/share, taking total FY26 dividends to Re. 1/share. Three new directors were appointed, including an Executive Whole-Time Director. Shareholders to vote on these at the AGM on August 7.
