Paisalo Digital's promoter group entities, including Mr. Sunil Purushottam Agarwal, Mr. Santanu Agarwal, PROFITCH PVT. LTD., PRI CAF PVT. LTD., and EQUILIBRATED VENTURECFLOW PVT. LTD., pledged an additional 71.5 lakh shares (approx. 0.78% of total equity) between May 14-15. These pledges, made with Bajaj Financial Securities, are for availing margin trading facilities. Following these transactions, the total pledged shares by these specific promoter entities now stand at about 8.27 crore shares, representing roughly 9.09% of the company's total equity.
