Surya Roshni's board approved Q4 consolidated profit of Rs 98.30 Cr and FY26 profit of Rs 285.81 Cr. They proposed a final dividend of Rs 2.50/share, making the total FY26 payout Rs 5.00/share. Cost auditors for FY27 were also appointed.
