Surya Roshni's Q4 consolidated revenue reached ₹2,163 Cr (stable YoY), PAT ₹98 Cr (+23% QoQ). Lighting & Consumer Durables achieved record ₹501 Cr revenue, Steel Pipes hit record 2.6 lakh tonnes volume. Firm is zero-debt with ₹337 Cr cash surplus. A final dividend of ₹2.50/share was declared. Future growth targets are strong.
