Surya Roshni's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (50% on face value Rs. 5) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This brings the total dividend for the year to Rs. 5.00 per share, including the interim dividend already distributed. The final dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be processed within 30 days of its declaration. Record date details will be shared soon.
