DDEV Plastiks board approved Q4 Profit of ₹54.52 Cr & FY26 Profit of ₹201.82 Cr. A final dividend of ₹1.25/share was proposed. Company plans to amend its MOA to include Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in renewable energy.
