Greenlam has set July 03, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend of Re. 0.40 per equity share (face value Re. 1). Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on July 29, 2026. Payment will be processed within 7 working days of AGM approval.
