NSDL received SEBI's approval for two new Executive Directors. Mr. Subhash Kelkar will head Critical Operations (Vertical 1) and Mr. Ankit Sharma will lead Regulatory, Compliance, Risk Management, and Investor Grievances (Vertical 2). Mr. Kelkar, previously BSE's CTO, brings deep expertise in market infrastructure and technology transformation. Mr. Sharma, from NSE's regulatory team, has extensive experience in capital markets compliance. These strategic appointments, each for five years, strengthen NSDL's leadership in vital areas, pending shareholder approval and other formalities.
