Mehai Technology Limited's shareholders have approved significant changes to its Memorandum of Association, now also approved by the Registrar of Companies. The updated MOA expands the company's IT and IT-enabled services. Crucially, it adds new business areas: trading and recycling petroleum and hydrocarbon products, coal, and other solid fuels; trading pharmaceutical, medicinal, and healthcare products; and processing various grains and grain-based food items. The company can also now manufacture and deal in artificial teeth and dental care products.
