Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India's board has appointed Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP (PwC) as its new Statutory Auditors. PwC will first fill a casual vacancy until the AGM, then serve a 5-year term, pending shareholder approval.
