Pritika Auto Industries delivered robust FY26 results. Consolidated revenue surged 35.32% YoY to ₹482.95 crore, with Q4 revenue up 36.20% to ₹138.46 crore. Full-year EBITDA grew 24.30% to ₹71.03 crore. However, FY26 profit after tax slightly declined 2.96% to ₹23.20 crore due to higher raw material costs affecting margins. Production volumes jumped 30.62% to 52,620 tons.

Strategy focuses on expanding into high-growth auto segments, global diversification, and new product development. Capacity is targeting 100,000 tons. Recently, the subsidiary Pritika Engineering Components began acquiring Omnia Engineering Inc., USA, enhancing international reach. Capacity was boosted by 22,000 tons to 72,000 tons, securing a new ₹51.5 crore annual order from a top OEM. Management aims for better operational efficiency, product mix, and stronger customer ties to capture market opportunities.
