INDEF Manufacturing has announced a board meeting today. The Board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26, reporting ₹23.63 Cr net profit for the year. A final dividend of ₹2 per share was proposed, pending shareholder approval. Two new directors were also appointed.
