Rail Vikas Nigam Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 25-05-2026: Dividend

RVNL's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.71 per share for FY 2025-26. This dividend, based on a Rs. 10 face value, will be paid within 30 days of shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
