Minda Corp's board approved FY26 consolidated financial results, reporting highest-ever revenue of Rs. 6,185 Cr & operating profit of Rs. 721 Cr. The board also proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.80/share, bringing the total annual dividend to Rs. 1.40/share (70%).
