Innova Captab Limited — Board Meeting, 25-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Innova Captab's board approved the re-appointment of statutory, cost, and internal auditors. It also re-appointed Mr. Manoj Lohariwala as Whole-Time Director, Mr. Vinay Lohariwala as MD, and four Independent Directors. All these await shareholder approval at the upcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting.
